dr Jakub Głowacz
Managing Lawyer
A graduate of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin law studies (2013). In 2017, he obtained a doctoral degree in legal sciences (specialization – civil law) at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz on the basis of the dissertation entitled “The executor of a will in Polish law against a comparative background” prepared under the supervision of dr hab. associate prof. Paweł Księżak.
He is a research and lecturer at universities – i.a. he was an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź.
He is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications in the field of civil, economic, commercial and intellectual property law.
Periodically conducts legal training addressed both to natural persons and entrepreneurs, as well as representatives of legal professions. His main professional interests include legal advice in the field of litigation regarding consumer, contract and corporate disputes, business succession planning, as well as the development of compliance models (i.e. personal data protection, anti-money laundering and whistleblower protection) for all type of organization.
In his work, he uses English, German and French.
Jest pracownikiem naukowo-dydaktycznym uczelni wyższych – m.in. zajmował stanowisko adiunkta w Katedrze Prawa Cywilnego na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego.
Jest autorem i współautorem licznych publikacji naukowych z zakresu prawa cywilnego, gospodarczego, handlowego oraz własności intelektualnej.
Cyklicznie prowadzi szkolenia prawne adresowane zarówno do osób fizycznych oraz przedsiębiorców, jak i przedstawicieli zawodów prawniczych. Do swoich głównych zainteresowań zawodowych zalicza doradztwo prawne w zakresie postępowań sądowych dotyczących sporów konsumenckich, kontraktowych oraz korporacyjnych, planowanie sukcesji biznesu, a także opracowywanie modeli compliance (tj. m.in. ochrony danych osobowych, przeciwdziałania praniu brudnych pieniędzy oraz ochrony sygnalistów) dla wszelkiego typu organizacji.
W swej pracy posługuje się językiem angielskim, niemieckim i francuskim.
Grzegorz Polak
Chairman of the Board
Lawyer (University of Lodz). He is the originator and founder of the Law Firm. For several decades, as a manager, he has successfully undertaken numerous projects, including in the legal services and commercial real estate sectors.
He has many years of experience in handling property and personal compensation cases.
He holds the position of Personal Data Protection Inspector in several dozen companies. He is an implementer of legal services for individual clients, entrepreneurs and innovative and often niche products corresponding to the current expectations and needs of participants

Sebastian Kowalski
Legal Counsel
A graduate of the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin in Lublin law studies (2013). Entered on the list of legal advisers of the Warsaw Bar Association.
As part of his internship, he advises individuals and entrepreneurs. He has extensive experience in representing clients before the court, in pre-court proceedings and supervising the proper course of enforcement proceedings, and thanks to many years of practice in legal advisers’ offices, he provides services in the field of civil and family law.
His interests include, inter alia, copyright, competition and consumer protection law, as well as compensation law – he has successfully handled numerous cases for compensation and damages resulting from unlawful acts, traffic accidents, property damage or infringement of personal rights. She successfully advises clients, choosing the most effective and efficient solutions. He is fluent in oral and written English, including legal terminology.
Piotr Palacz
Legal Counsel
A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Silesia. Author of an innovative study on the issues of disciplinary liability of doctors for medical errors before medical courts.
He completed his legal adviser apprenticeship at the Kielce Bar Association. He specializes in civil, economic and criminal law, including penal and fiscal law.
He constantly participates in comprehensive legal services for leading companies on the domestic market, including creates innovative legal solutions in order to actually improve the implemented business ventures.
Daniel Skuza
Tax advisor
A graduate of the University of Warsaw in the field of law and a tax advisor with experience in a company from the big four.
He has 9 years of experience in tax advisory, as part of which he worked in Poland, the United Arab Emirates and Oman.
In his practice, he deals with PIT, CIT, VAT and tax on financial institutions. For his clients, he has carried out many projects related to income tax exemptions, VAT rate projects and withholding tax refunds. He supported his clients in tax audits and represented them before administrative courts. He uses the English language in his work.
Michał Podgórski
Advocate
He was educated in law at the Kozminski University in Warsaw.
After obtaining a master’s degree in law, he completed his education through LL.M. in International Commercial Law.
He started his professional practice as a student, among others through activity in the Student Legal Clinic, implementation of numerous practices, projects and involvement in voluntary activities.
After graduation, he started working at the Accident Claims Service Office, thanks to which he expanded his knowledge and gained valuable experience.
In 2012, he successfully passed the entrance examination for the barrister apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association.
During his 3-year apprenticeship as a lawyer, he gained very valuable experience both in courts, the prosecutor’s office and working in a law firm, appearing before common courts, administrative bodies and law enforcement authorities throughout Poland.
After completing the attorney apprenticeship and passing the professional exam, he was entered on the list of attorneys of the Warsaw bar Association.
Adv. LL.M. Michał Podgórski provides legal assistance also in English (TOLES certificate – assessing the knowledge of legal English).
In 2013, Michał Podgórski, after completing supplementary studies with the specialization of International Commercial Law, obtained the title of LL.M.
Krzysztof Wypych

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology in the field of Electronic Industrial Automation, Maria Curie Skłodowska University in the field of law.
Several years of experience as a designer of technological lines. Since 1990 as an entrepreneur. He has many years of experience in managing enterprises and as a corporate lawyer of many companies, within his own legal office (since 2004), an active restructuring advisor, license of the Ministry of Justice no. 282, extensive experience as a bankruptcy trustee and as a court supervisor in court arrangements and restructuring.
He also specializes in accounting and tax law. He speaks English, Russian and German at a basic level.
