Our company was founded on the basis of the individual practice of one of the partners – Grzegorz Polak, and then the company he created operating under the name Kancelaria Prawna EXPRESSIS VERBIS based in Przysucha, which in the years 2016 – 2017 dealt exclusively with compensation cases concerning natural persons and entrepreneurs. From 2018, the Company – responding to the market demand resulting mainly from changes in EU law – began providing broadly understood legal services in the field of compliance, as well as other services resulting from customer expectations, for all types of organizations. In 2022, Dr. Jakub Głowacz joined the group of people managing the Company, its seat was moved to the capital city of Warsaw, and the team of lawyers was expanded by, among others, restructuring advisor and tax advisor.
